Hi Wheelers, first off road ride for 2023 planned for Saturday 18th March. A local one starting at the Barnbow, continuing to Temple Newsam, Woodlesford lock, St Aidans, The linesway, Garforth, Parlington, Aberford, Becca, A64, Potterton and back to the Barnbow. A nice ride to ease us back into it.

10am -meet at the Barnbow Pub
Distance -26 miles, climbing 1042 ft, saddle time approximately 3 hours.
Terrain- a mix of gravel, mud, wooded trails & a rocky section. Relatively easy.
Bike suitability-local trails so most off road capable bikes should be fine, definitely off road tyres.
Snacks – no cafe sop planned so please bring snacks
Note- Can you do a pre-ride check of your bike for faulty/worn/loose components in time so any issues can be resolved please.
PS don’t forget your helmet!
