Short Social – 20-25 miles; pace to suit slowest rider, optional cafe stop towards the end
Elementary – Selby, 40-45 miles, 12-14 mph avg (flat)
Intermediate – Cafe Valeria, Wheldrake, 55-60 miles, 14-16 mph avg (flat)
Club run – Allerthorpe Lakeland park, 70-75 miles, 16-18 mph avg (flat)
