Short Social – Approx. 20 miles, 10-12 mph average but paced to least fast rider.
This week see us embark on our second long rides of the year, the Elementary will head to Bolton Abbey via Steeton Hall, a distance of approximately 70 miles at a average speed of 12 – 14 mph
The inter will head To Malham taking in the sites of Otley, Ilkley and Skipton along the way, distance will be a hundred miles at a average of 14 – 16 mph
